  • Who purchases the alcohol?

    Due to BC liquor laws, you as the event holder must purchase the alcohol. Consider us a dry bartending service with a really cool vessel. We’re happy to help consult with you on quantities to purchase.

  • Do I need any permits?

    It depends! To kick off - check out the gov.bc.ca site for liquor licenses and permitting. There are various stipulations depending on your event type.

    Quite often, hosts are required to obtain a Special Event Permit (SEP).

  • Do you provide supplies, like cups and garnish?

    As we kick off into our first peak season of service, we will not be offering supplies at this time.

    Stay tuned for our packages to evolve in the future.

  • How do I secure my date?

    25% of the total cost is required upon booking to secure your date.

    The remainder of the balance is required one week prior to the event.

  • How big is Ginny?

    Approx 12ft long x 8ft wide x 8ft high.

    All venues must have a flat area to park the trailer and enough clearance for our truck to deliver.

  • Are there any technical requirements for the trailer?

    We require 1 standard power outlet within 60 feet of the parking spot.

  • Do you rent out Ginny without Bartending services?

    Currently we are not offering trailer-only rentals.

  • Can I add my own decor?

    Yes! We love to see the trailer in all her glory. Let’s collaborate on what your vision is for your special event.

  • Do you travel?

    Happy to! Right now we’re focusing on the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Sea to Sky regions.

    20km of travel is included in every hire, from our home base in Coquitlam, BC. Every km thereafter will be subject to an addition $1.00/km.
